Like its student body, The Chaplaincy’s faculty and clinical staff represent a variety of religious and cultural backgrounds. Many Chaplaincy employees are noted experts in the multifaith chaplaincy field, specializing in areas such as pediatric and oncologic pastoral care, and spiritual care for the dying. The Chaplaincy also has a full-time, Ph.D.-level pastoral research department focused on exploring the important role chaplains play bridging the divide between religion/spirituality and health.
