The Silvercrest Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 320-bed skilled nursing facility in residential Briarwood, Queens. It is a state-of-the-art post-acute care center of excellence that exists to serve members of the community who need special supports and programs to enhance their capacity for life. Silvercrest has an environment that nurtures individuals while never forgetting their aspirations for independence. Our profound mission of Giving Quality to Life challenges us to optimize the functionality and vitality of all that we serve.

The Silvercrest Center has an established history of providing quality residential care to people with complex health care needs. Silvercrest is the preeminent provider of adult ventilator and respiratory care with the largest program in New York State. In addition, Silvercrest is home to a superb rehabilitation program for short term and cardiac patients, as well as to a 40-bed Alzheimer’s/dementia unit.

Silvercrest is a member of the NewYork-Presbyterian Healthcare System and is an affiliate of Weill Medical College of Cornell University.
