Application Process, Applications, and Criteria for Admission
Our accredited CPE programs are open to seminarians, rabbis, clergy, members of religious orders, and laity.
- Complete the application and essays
- Include non-refundable application fee of $50, made payable to HealthCare Chaplaincy.
- Provide HealthCare Chaplaincy’s reference form to three recommenders. The reference giver must submit the completed form directly to the registrar.
- Provide copies of previous CPE evaluations, if any.
