 Jude A. Curtis is a principal and chief ethics & compliance officer at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He previously was senior vice president and chief compliance officer at John Hancock Financial Services, Inc. in Boston, and a partner and commercial litigator in the law firm of Hale and Dorr in their Boston and Washington, D.C. offices. Jude is a member of the board of directors and chairman of the Audit Committee of the Ethics Resource Center in Washington. He has served as chairman of the board of trustees of St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers, Massachusetts.
