George E. Pine is the former president, chief operating officer, and a director of Interep Corporation, which was the largest independent national radio representative firm in the U.S. Before that he was president of Interep's ABC radio sales subsidiary. George has extensive experience as a broadcaster; he acquired his first radio station in 1979. He has successfully owned and operated radio stations in Florida, North Carolina and Mississippi. George is a member of the board of trustees of both Ithaca College and the Webb School in Tennessee, and serves on the board of the John Bayliss Broadcast Foundation.
